Keller Crescent and Pharmagraphics Announce Joined Operations

Evansville, Indiana. Beginning July 15, 2008, all North American pharmaceutical and healthcare packaging operations branded as Pharmagraphics and Keller Crescent will reflect one identity: Keller Crescent. The Keller Crescent name will adorn all six facilities in Charlotte, NC, Greensboro, NC, Evansville, IN, Indianapolis, IN, Portland, CT, and Vega Alta, Puerto Rico.

“Over the past year, the management and operations teams from Keller Crescent and Pharmagraphics have been sharing their decades of experience in the North American pharmaceutical and healthcare packaging industry, working to form an enterprise of unsurpassed capabilities and expertise,” explains Bill Mitchell, CEO of Keller Crescent. “During the course of these efforts we determined the need to simplify our message – and our brand – to appropriately meet the needs of our customers.”

The seamless integration of Pharmagraphics and Keller Crescent operations will allow the pharmaceutical packaging leaders to share and execute best practices in manufacturing and quality initiatives.

“The greatest benefit,” Mitchell continues, “will be to our customers who will enjoy a tremendous selection of printing and packaging options through our greater product offerings and enhanced support.”

Sales and customer service representatives will immediately merge and have complete access to all six Keller Crescent facilities. Customers will continue to work with the same team members and currently assigned facilities. The facilities themselves will continue to operate independently, yet joined through improved leadership and coordination.

Keller Crescent supplies printed folding cartons, large-format inserts and outserts, labels, booklets, multi-component inserts and outserts, IV hanger labels, and several patented specialty products - including the latest in track-n-trace and e-pedigree technologies - to the pharmaceutical and healthcare markets. The combined operations that will now comprise Keller Crescent include six facilities located in North Carolina, Indiana, Connecticut, and Puerto Rico.

Keller Crescent is a subsidiary of Clondalkin Group. Clondalkin is a diversified packaging organization with over 40 separate manufacturing locations throughout North America and Europe. Clondalkin pharmaceutical, healthcare and personal care packaging sites can be found within the United States in North Carolina, Indiana, Connecticut, and Puerto Rico and within Europe in Ireland, Poland, Spain, Germany, United Kingdom and The Netherlands.
